Volnay-Santenots is produced in the commune of Meursault, beside Volnay, from Pinot Noir on stony clay-limestone soil. The estate sheet describes fully whole-bunch vinification, without crushing or destemming, followed by a year in oak, preserving fruit, freshness and a silky texture.
