At Santenay’s southeastern edge, Les Charmes grows on clay-limestone soil planted with Pinot Noir. The estate describes low-temperature vinification lasting up to five weeks, followed by a year in French oak, producing a concentrated, fruit-led wine with sour-cherry and liquorice notes.
