Santenay Beauregard 1er Cru
This red Beauregard lies between Santenay and Chassagne-Montrachet, on predominantly stony clay-limestone soil. The Pinot Noir is partly vinified as whole bunches—30% according to the sheet—then aged for a year in French oak, combining red fruit, spice and silky tannins.
