This Sancerre Rouge is a Pinot Noir combining equal parts clay-sandy, clay-limestone and clay-flint soils. For 2024, the sheet describes cold pre-fermentation maceration and twelve months of maturation, divided between 40% foudre and 60% 500-litre barrels.
