From Quincy’s broad limestone plateau, covered with sands and gravel, Domaine Sylvain Bailly’s Beaucharme is a dry Sauvignon Blanc. Its pale, silver-edged colour leads to a mineral nose of lemon and grapefruit with a hint of confectionery. The palate is lively and fruity, finishing with fresh acidity.
