Pommard Village

The village Pommard brings together four parcels: Chaffaud, La Croix Blanche, La Levrière and Les Perrières. This Pinot Noir ferments in small vessels after vintage-dependent destemming, then spends 16–18 months in French oak; its firm structure softens with time.
