In southern Nuits-Saint-Georges, Les Cailles is distinguished by oolitic limestone and an east- to southeast-facing exposure. The catalogue describes the 2018 vintage with small red fruits, blond tobacco and sweet spice, on an elegant palate with rounded tannins.
