AOP Côte-Rôtie

This Côte-Rôtie brings together parcels from Les Rochins and Côte-Rozier, on schist, mica-schist and iron-oxide soils. Vinified by Léa Bonnefond, it uses whole clusters and 6% Viognier, according to the estate. It is aged for 20 months in barrels that previously held Condrieu.
