Vineyard peach and ginger liqueur 50 cl

This liqueur combines vineyard peach, fresh ginger, sugar and neutral beet alcohol. Crushed peaches macerate for about two months before racking and adding sugar, after which an infusion of fresh ginger roots completes the preparation.
