Artisanal blackcurrant liqueur

This artisanal liqueur uses Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants, sugar and neutral beet alcohol. Crushed berries macerate in alcohol for about two months before racking and adding sugar; the estate describes regular production throughout the year.
