This Bourgogne selects Pinot Noir mainly from Côte de Beaune villages including Beaune, Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny, Santenay and Maranges. The sheet describes 10–12 days of vatting followed by French-oak ageing, with ripe cherry, raspberry and redcurrant notes.
