Based in Écueil, Nicolas Maillart is the ninth generation of a Champagne winegrowing family and has led the estate since 2003. Its vineyards lie on Premier and Grand Cru sites in the Montagne de Reims, around Écueil, Bouzy and Villers-Allerand. Pinot Noir plays a central role, alongside Chardonnay, Meunier and Petit Meslier. Wines are made in tanks or barrels according to their origin, with a focus on precision and expressing the individual terroirs.
